Delivery Information

All products purchased through Flowers In The Ventus' website are eligible for free delivery (Island-Wide**).

**With the exception of the following locations, Flowers In The Ventus is pleased to deliver island-wide:

  • Tuas
  • Penjuru
  • Jurong Island
  • Army Camps / Police Camps
  • Airline Road & Alps Ave
  • Hospitals and medical centers 

Flowers In The Ventus will do everything feasible to accommodate our customers' delivery requests, but has the right to cancel an order and issue a refund if the delivery address is invalid.

  • UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY

A grace period of 10 minutes will be given in the following scenarios, after which our courier company will call the sender and recipient for further instructions before it is considered a failed delivery:

  • Incorrect address given
  • Intended recipient not present
  • No valid means of contact
  • Delivery vehicle is subject to delays from building management/security

If the recipient or representative is not present at the delivery address by the stipulated period and day, the orders will be left outside the unit, and we will not be responsible for any losses or damages.

  • RE-DELIVERY
  1. In the event of an unsuccessful delivery due to the above reasons, customers can request for a re-delivery but it will be subjected to a standard $10 re-delivery charge.
  2. Customers need to contact us (DM/ Email) to request for the re-delivery.
  3. Re-delivery timing is subjected to Flowers In The Ventus’s scheduling.
